I have put together my first "store list." for you, Safeway. Safeway's ad runs from Wednesday to Tuesday every week. Where we live (Tacoma/Puyallup area of Washington) we do not have Safeway's that double our coupons. The only ones that do it around this area are in the Vancouver area of WA. With that being said, before you head out - I always make sure I have my updated (they do chance more then you think) store coupon policy. Here is the current policy for Safeway.
To ensure you save the most, you should make sure that you have a Safeway Club Card. Also once you have your club card, you can visit their website and add coupons to your card before you head out. (Don't forget to print out the list of coupons you added to your card)
